Phil has been a patient with us for over 3 years now. When he first starting coming to our office he was having a lot of pain in his lower back and in his right arm. Phil owns his own plumbing company, and the stress of his work has taken a toll on his body. Previous to his first visit, he had been seeing another chiropractor, but didn’t seem to be finding any relief. A close friend of Phil’s told him about our office and said he should give it a try. When asked if he was nervous on his first visit he replied “No, he did X-Rays right away, and didn’t just put me on the table without knowing what was going on. He didn’t talk down to me, he treated me like I was a real person. Also the staff was great, they made me feel comfortable, and gave an overall positive atmosphere. That makes you want to come back.” When asked if he has seen improvements since coming to us he replied “I definitely feel relief the more I continue to come in and get care.” Phil’s whole family are patients here as well and he states that all of his children love coming into the office. When asked if he would like to add anything he replied “As far as the general atmosphere, his employees are great people. Nobody is really uptight, and everyone seems to know you by name. My dad started coming here before my mom. She hasn’t wanted to go to a chiropractor for over 30 years, but when she came in with him, the atmosphere made her feel like she wanted to come back. Also you hear a lot of bad things about chiropractors, but they really aren’t all the same. Everyone is different, it’s all in the experience, and he makes it positive. Everyone has a smile on their face, and you can tell no one hates their job or doesn’t want to be here. The service he provides here isn’t just chiropractic, it is overall care.”
